The library strives to partner with and assist parents and educators to provide services, programs, tours and exhibits that inspire, teach, nurture and develop the youth of our community.

A variety of programs are offered at the library throughout the year for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, elementary-aged children, preteens, teens and parents. In addition, Winfield Public Library serves the community with a variety of Outreach programs, including story times, book talks, library talks and school visits.
